Finally FSOL remix gets official release!

Many moons ago I was shopping somewhere miles from home and the local WH Smith had a Deep Down & Dirty CD in the sale for a couple of quid, so I bought it. When I got home the case was empty. Never bothered going back to complain, as it was too far to go. Then, years later my local library was flogging off some old CDs and what should I find in amongst them, minus its case… I still had the empty case for some reason, but fortune was not totally kind to me, as the disc has 12 tracks, but the case is for the 13 track version.

still baffled as to who would buy this?

I’m baffled by a lot of these super deluxe releases, but mostly because the content has little correlation with the high price points. I’m not a fan of the band, but this set looks like it has pretty good value, so for fans (casual and hardcore) it seems like an amazing set. “I don’t understand who would buy this” is such a subjective and dismissive write-off that for me it’s hard to take seriously as criticism…

  5. Deano says:

Criminal that they have left off the Paul Daley (of Leftfield fame) Vocal Mix of Paradise.

  6. Michael says:

Any information on whether the remixes from Disc 8 will be available seperately?

Where’s the Sabres On Main Street Mix by Mr Weatherall ?

  8. hyperfex says:

    ad CD 8 “CLASSIC REMIXES”
track 01 seems to be “Creation (Justin Robertson Instrumental)”
track 04 seems to be just an edit
track 05 seems to be “Non Stop” from the “On 33 EP”
track 07 seems to be an edit of the “(Stereo Field Dub)”
track 10 seems to be the “(Slam Stereophonic Dub)”
track 11 seems to be just an edit
    Can anyone confirm this?
