THE VINYL COUNTDOWN: Pick of the LP box sets and reissues this winter

Vinyl records continue to experience a boom in popularity amongst audiophiles and record collectors. The industry is responding to this with a wave of releases and reissues over the autumn/early winter period.

With labels often making the effort to cut from original analogue master tapes, press onto 180g heavyweight vinyl and replicate original packaging, it’s easy to see the appeal for the turntable-owning music lovers.

Here’s our pick of the best of recent and forthcoming vinyl boxes and reissues.

    Wow ! so many great vinyl box collections !! Very intersted in Black Sabbath /Blur/ Beatles/Smashing Pumpkins/Can.

    Don’t forget that the Blur box does come with download coupons for each album PLUS the relevant bsides etc (the second disc from the deluxe edition cds).

    The Blur box is a belter. picked it up when Amazon did a £100 Black Friday deal on it. Great pressings and made me fall in love with the band all over again.

      FELT would be my pick as well. Can someone pull their finger out and make this happen already?!! Only one of the best bands ever!
